ResStock Analysis Tool
The ResStock Analysis Tool developed by NREL models energy consumption and retrofit opportunities across the U.S. residential building stock. It uses statistical sampling, building physics, and utility data to simulate performance for millions of representative homes. Users can evaluate the impacts of efficiency measures, codes, and policies on energy savings, costs, and emissions. ResStock supports federal and state agencies, utilities, and researchers in planning large-scale residential energy programs.
